    In February 2017, an animation revealed on the Disney XD cord network included characters taking part in a same-sex kiss.

    An image advising a boycott of Disney for their addition of a same-sex kiss features two characters unrelated to that advancement.

    On 2 March 2017, the Facebook page \"1,000,000 Supporting Traditional Marriage\" shared a photo featuring two male Disney figures participating in a kiss, along with the insurance claim that the studio had simply broadcast its very first same-sex kiss between animated personalities:

    This photos includes a rendering of 2 personalities from older classic Disney animated function movies-- Prince Eric from The Little Mermaid ( 1989) and Royal Prince Phillip from Sleeping Charm ( 1959)-- that was produced by Mexican artist Rodolfo Loaiza for a collection called \"Disenchanted Disney.\" The kiss Loaiza illustrated did not in fact appear in any type of Disney television program or film.

    The real same-sex kiss included in Star vs. The Forces of Wickedness featured two anonymous background characters shown during a quick mosaic of kissing cartoons in the season 2 episode \"Just Buddies.\" The minute can be glimpsed at around the 1:25 2nd mark of the adhering to video:
