VALDOSTA, Ga. (AP)-- A Georgia teen encounters adolescent charges after he struck a student who was draped in a gay satisfaction flag in a college cafeteria, authorities say.
Video of the case was recorded recently at Lowndes Senior high school in the south Georgia city of Valdosta. It shows a male trainee charging across the lunchroom and also jerking the flag from the 2nd boy's back as he is up to the flooring. A 3rd student attempts to push away the enemy, who knocks the flag into a trash bin.
Lowndes Region Constable Ashley Paulk told The Valdosta Daily Times that the juvenile had actually been charged with disorderly conduct, basic battery and also disturbance of a public center.
