VALDOSTA, Ga.-- A Georgia young adult encounters adolescent charges after he struck a pupil who was draped in a gay pride flag in an institution cafeteria, authorities say.
Video of the incident was tape-recorded last week at Lowndes Secondary school in the south Georgia city of Valdosta. It reveals a male pupil charging across the snack bar and also snagging the flag from the 2nd young boy's back as he falls to the flooring. A third trainee tries to push away the assaulter, that pounds the flag right into a trash bin.
Lowndes Area Constable Ashley Paulk told The Valdosta Daily Times that the adolescent had been billed with disorderly conduct, easy battery as well as interruption of a public facility.
