The first optn to pop up was Beefk, advertised as a retro gay burger bar wh nightly drag shows. Rear, was exactly what the name implied: Half seedy gay bar, half kschy 50s der, Beefk is staffed by a bevy of leral beefk who serve giant burgers shirtls and will let you do body shots off them -- for a price. The clientele is maly women (I gus women are allowed gay bars after all), and the menu is full of cktails like the Sex and the Cy smopolan and Karen Walker margara.

Zer021Cape Town had a few optns for gay clubs, but the lol queers I met told me that the only scene worth gettg to was at Zer021.
