The purpose of the Lbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgenr Advocy Council is to ensure that LGBTQ+ people and issu matter at Wtern and the larger muny.
The missn of Wtern Washgton Universy’s (WWU) Universy Lbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgenr (LGBTQ+ AC) Advocy Council is to foster a safe, supportive, and clive tnal environment by promotg awarens and unrstandg of LGBTQ+ AC issu and by advotg for the distctive needs and ncerns of LGBTQ+ AC stunts, faculty, and staff. The LGBTQ+ AC"s Advocy Council is a universy mtee posed of faculty and staff, wh stunt reprentatn, who meet on a regular basis and serve the needs and terts of the Lbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgenr, Queer, Qutng, Intersex and Ally populatn on Wtern's mp.
