I thk other English speakers do pronounce the t's "It's not okay to be gay" (of urse, English sptg t's, not Spanish dry on). Somehow, I would not image an Amerin sayg "I''s no' okay to be gay".

Thank you, cyberpedant; but a speaker of General Amerin pronunciatn would not say: "Iss no' okay to be gay" the way she do that song, would he? I would rather image him sayg "Is nor okay to be gay". Personally, I would pronounce as: "It's no'(t) okay to be gay.
