While 65% of gay employe feel their le managers are fortable wh gay employe, only 29% feel that their le managers would be good at alg wh sexual orientatn issu.

One four gay employe would not feel nfint disclosg sexualy on a nfintial work-related form, and ls than half said they felt nfint reportg appropriate behavur relatg to sexualy to le managers.

Jt one five gay engeers would remend the profsn as a great place to work for other gay employe, but jt 4% would remend the wir nstctn dtry.
