Leah O'Donnell says when her boy Brody Neville came out as gay this spring, the 12-year-old lost many of his buddies.

That made the prospect of commemorating his birthday celebration this year a depressing one.

" I was asking him what he wanted to do for his birthday and also he was in splits and stated since he appeared as gay he lost all his buddies, so he really did not also have individuals who might come," O'Donnell claimed.
